Thank you all for your comments on my last upload. For the next few weeks most of my uploads will be of places and scenes from our Scoland visit. It was a pleasure to meet up with Doug and Louise (Highlander & Tartan Lady)and to spend a few hours with them. Thanks Doug for showing us some great viewpoints and locations.
This shot was another taken from the Balmaha side of Loch Lomond (Friday). Just one of many small streams that feeds the Loch.

I like the view although the lack of sky is a little off-putting. I wonder if cropping down onto the left-hand tree-line would make the colour stronger? Nick

Hi Chris,i think it is just a real winter sky,if i had to crop anywhere i would crop on the rhs just behind the first tree in from the border, but the way you have it is excellent and i like the reflections, lead in,textures, the interest, dof, lighting, exposure and the rich colours.Marvellous image.Take care.AnnSmile

Lovely Autumn theme Chris, the leaves are starting to fall now as the temperatures fall at night...you got the best of the weather, its gone down hill since you left...look forward to seeing your Glen Etive shots.
