Had a ride around the Derbyshire Dales on Sunday evening , this is a shot of myself taking in the view.

A nicely composed shot with some nice light. excellen t colours / tones which all lend a very gentle feel to the image . Also very much like the rarher unusual inclusion of a figure in the shot and even better that it is yourself which all adds extra interest .Well done on a lovely image...Phil

Took a few attempts Ronnie , and I set off from home in jeans + t-shirt ....a quick change on site lol , also I am far too old for this here modeling lark hence the straw hat , and all for a photo !!!

What a great idea! The light on you is beautiful and your clothes are just perfect for it. Unfortunately, the camera seems to be at a bit of an angle, though this may be just an optical illusion from the horizon being a hill and the dam (?) being in receding perspective. A clockwise rotation of about 3° gives a more relaxed and balanced shot, in my opinion.
Maybe I should pack a summer dress and straw hat in my camera bag, too? Or maybe not — this angle of lighting would probably be unflattering to my hairy legs.
Cripes, you have certainly got an eye for landscapes. Beautiful job.
