Hi Jean, I'm loving this! I love the depth of field (excuse the pun!!)
I have my eye on a field in Sussex with these waiting to be unwrapped, great shot!!

Hi Jean, I too have just recently purchased the same lens and cannot believe how better it is than the kit lens I was using!! As far as advice goes, I'm not good enough to offer that but if this were my image I would add a bit of contrast to those clouds to give them a bit more of a moody feel - just IMO. this is one heck of a shot!!

super shot Jean. I used to work from an agricultural company in Saudi Arabia as a technician where round bales and square bales are abundant. Gorgeous place you have here.

A super capture, Jean, lovely composition and colours...much better viewed large, of course! I just bought myself a new Sigma 10-20mm last week, too - it seems to be a very popular lens on here. Just want some decent weather to go out and use it a bit more!

Hi Trevor...Oh you will enjoy the lens,it's great,know what you mean about the weather,it poured down just after I got this shot,the farmers were in the field bailing ,bet they wasn't best pleased , I'm just getting into this landscape photography....think I have the bug lol.

Nice one looks like you have got used to the lens LOL - I had a go with the 10-20 and yes I am saving up for one LOl

Just wait until you can capture these at sunset the glow on the bales is stunning Smile

Every time I see this view I want to jump out of the car and take a shot ( it doesn't matter that I'm on the motorway ! ).
This is excellent work and as I've got the same kit as you - maybe just maybe I'll get an opportunity some day !! Wink
