i am not into meditation, never been.. or one can say everyone is in it in his / her way.. it is all about gripping the demons of our mind and soul, those frivolous creatures who make us do things against us.. sometimes it's even hard to believe the darkness of our minds.. 'is it really me?'.. or my enemies inside me?.. yes, we are our only enemies.. and those devils of our mind need to be gripped tight and made to submit.. those faceless creatures, so difficult to be seen by the conscious eye, always naked encumbered with lust, greed, anger, hatred, envy and a will to subdue your inner goodness.. close your eyes, feel the light, and they are all before you, walking naked and shamelessly.. but they can be gripped, it's just the matter of seeing them, and believing you too can be so cruel and mean, with honesty, and your own enemy, the fact you never try to believe, to save yourself from pain...
another beautiful work.

An astonishing effect. Cave painting in the digital age. Somehow this looks prehistoric and ultra modern at the same time.

The balance of the dark figures and the light meditating one gives such a powerful emotional message
