Fantastic first time effort. I'd suggest cropping a little off the left to get get rid of the post.
The little girl with her hands over her ears makes it sing.
Take me far away
Maybe your best ever Bruce. The light is just beautiful. My favourite colour as well.
So sharp and vivid. It looks almost 3 dimensional.
Yeah this is cool.
Very striking mono shot.
Go, Go, Go - Stop
An interesting, imaginative shot.
I like the muted, subtle colours.

Fantastic b/w shot
It's good to see you doing some b/w done Don. Very impressive picture.
They're both excellent but I think this one shades it. I like how the shallow DOF makes the number stand out.
A very attractive Photograph although I agree with the comment regarding the tree.
I think it might worth trying in b/w.
Lots of nice details - the dog shaking the water off, the birds in the distance, the hill on the horizon. Good stuff.
An excellent idea for a b/w shot.
As there's so little colour in the scene I think it might be worth trying in b/w.
An excellent still-life and the b/w looks brilliant as well.
Royal Palace Park
A very accomplished piece of b/w photography.
Back in the Day
Thank you peeps.
Clever stuff Bruce. Good use of a wide lens as well, unusual for a portrait.
Sadly, "grain" has become a four letter word in the digital age. I rarely see it these days.
Yeah pylons! Most people hate them but I think they look great. I'll have to get out and photograph some more of them soon.
Nice lith look to this one.
Air Sea rescue
Very well realised shot.

The b/w is ace.
Its above you
Bet this would look great blown up large.
Transporter Bridge - Middlesbrough
Brilliant composition. Might look good in b/w as well.
Men at Work
Brilliant. I love how you've made such a good photograph out of such an ordinary scene.
I'm surprised that this hasn't had more votes. I think it's a very effective piece of mono photography.
