Took these when I came across a fiddle-playing tightrope walker recently.The shot that I was looking for is #2 below. I got lucky when the mother turned around and looked at me. I'm glad she did because I think it's a better photo.

I agree, the other shots are fine, but the eye contact makes No1 stand out well above just reportage/documentary; I also like the young woman walking across with her fingers in her earsSmile

Definitely #1. The woman looking at the weirdo with the camera and the perfectly normal funambumlist fiddler out of focus in the background as all unremarkable things should be. Fantastic.
