I wanted to get the exposure for the clouds and show the details under the bridge where the water flow is. So I resorted to HDR, then converted that back to regular DR ![]()
In case you're wondering, I use Debian Linux for the operating system. HDR is courtesy of Photomatix Basic (running under the WINE windows emulator) with the conversion through CinePaint, a Linux program that supports a LOT of high-def formats. The border and text is through my new organiser/first pass manipulator program called digiKam, another piece of the Debian system.
