Hello? Is this thing on?
Ok I know, I'm like the guy who disappears for months at a time. Wait.... I AM him!
So here I am again. New job, new town, new (to me) house. Lots of changes in my life since I was last a regular and reliable contributor.
Picking up where I left off, which was France in January, here is a shot from a park in Bordeaux. Dad et famille feeding the ducks. I cropped in close (losing the little boy with an evil grin) because this was an image I can identify with so easily. Anyway, hope you like and I'm going to see about catching up with the old possee here. I'm sure y'all have advanced way out of my reach now! Probably even using that new-fangled colour photography....

Hi Doug, Welcome back! I'm in no position to criticise you random attendance.
Let me just say that if a Frenchman is feeding a duck or any other creature, edible or not, he's just fattening it up for the pot. That ain't no sentimental look on the kid's face either – she's just imagining how it will taste with an orange sauce.
