Araneus diadematus, or Garden Spider, a great spider to photograph, as is Salticidae or the Jumping spider, you can great eye shots with both. Nice Macro.

Thanks for comments, nearly done me'self an injury getting the angle, spiders like to be difficult with vertical webs and always facing downward while waiting for lunch.
