Thanks, well, a lot of effort from the dog! LOL! I just stood there and waved a plastic bottle at her! 80 shots (and 80 jumps) later, I got the one I wanted. 
Thanks. No manipulation at all. Just a sunny evening on the lawn. I had to be careful not to get the flowerbeds in shot, keep my arm down by my side + dealing with the dog leaping at me!
Well...given the number of attempts I think a lot of the credit should go to my dog who did the hard bit!
