This is crying out for a crop of just the eye and surrounding skin in colour. I guess it depends if this is already a crop.

Like the who's watching who aspect

Yeah - fraid so - it's already cropped, I don't think the quality would be good enough for anything tighter. The colour's not that spectacular on the original either.

Nice idea and good detail on the iguana. Click!

Hi Lauren. This is an excellent picture, lovely detail and I like the crop.

In answer to your question, my dog isn't a basenji although the facial colouring and some of the features are very similar. I can't actually tell you exactly what he is....he came from a sanctuary about ten years ago with no clues. I'm sure he's something of a mixture though Smile

Thanks, ours came from a rescue centre too and he's definitely basenji mixed with something - probably lab.

you have a way with background. very exciting. so deep. love this composition.

Great shot, I like the balance between the reptiles eye and the human observer. I'm also impressed with the work you have done with the Fuji.

Superperb portfolio in total. I've just got a Canon D60 but am about to trade up for a 10D (wider iso range) it rejuvinated my passion for the subject of photography.

BTW Thanks for your comment on my shot of the robin.

Cheers Craig.
