This is an interesting image. I think it would improve greatly if you cropped out the bottom harsh sunlight.

Lovely photo but I'm with Ken, I'd have cropped out the foreground and part of the wall on the left hand side. I think the interest in this photo is the scooter, the shutter doors and that patch of fallen plaster on the right.
