Hi Stephen, welcome to EPZ, hope you stick around and enjoy.
Water falls are very subjective in how they're treated in terms of the slikiness of the water. I think you've cropped a little too tight for my liking, and the exposure's a bit overdone as there are some areas of water burnt out to white. It takes lots of experiments with diffrent setting s to get these shots just right,.
