took this shot at st andrews cathedral,
i just liked the splash of colour amongst the graves,
hope you like it, feel free to comment and thanks for looking.
This is a lovely shot, with a touch of poignancy

A candid with a difference, and lots of questions. What is she waiting for? Is there a relative in one of those graves? Did she bring a folding chair because she was going to sit for some time? What's in the trolley? Is that the head of someone else on top of the right-hand gravestone? Apart from all that, her reds are perfect alongside all the dull stones, and I like your composition too.
very well seen steph have to ask myself whats in her bag.yet another brill day out avi and the kids loved it
A terrific bit of red here.A bit of brightness among the ''gloom''.
She looks deep in thought, and not suprising given the surroundings.
A rather excellent capture here.
She misses someone........
Great capture, makes you stop for a second.
Interesting shot, asks alot of questions, well spotted and captured
very thought provoking image, love the red against the stone work and a great candid
This image leaves you wondering about the woman, nice image.
Lots of questions on this shot
But am happy you give you the RC
A well seen and taken shot that says it all.
wonderful candid shot well captured-ray
She looks so focused, was she drawing? Great shot.
Well spotted and captured.
A wonderful splash of colour among all the green and stones. I just wonder - was she resting or indeed waiting - for who?
I like this image and would want to know more...
Great shot, so unusual, very good colour impact too, fine image, Adrian
Just come across this one, it's so strange - a splash of cheerful colour that hints at a sad story.
A moment of thought and remembrance, beautifully captured.
like it, nice capture of an excellent bit of observation.
I think this pic may be one of those few instances where a selective colour/B&W treatment may be effective, everything B&W but the lady?
A very good shot, well taken.
I was thinking the same as MickS. Just leave her coat in colour.
Well shot, & it looks like it worked. You have everyone intreagued & asking questions. Probably why you're scoring so highly.
A poignant candid - and very well titled.
An image that makes one think. I can read several scenarios into this one. I really like it.
Very well seen, great image
I agree with all the comments, a great candid shot, well spotted. Might look good in B/W.
Poignant image, Rod
