The strange thngs one sees.
Goodness knows who put him there,
A silly sunday snap from Flamborough!
Strange bed mate Well spotted Barbs.
He seems to have an aversion to Gulls - A silly one for sure - and a big welcome back Barbara
The Gull probably! If you've ever seen how quickly they can empty a litter bin! Great capture. Sylvia
welcome back Barbara well spotted with this one hope you had a good week the flying gulls add good balance
Must be one of the weirdest natural images I have seen (plenty, of course, after expensive manipulation), Barbara.
The seagull seems totally relaxed with her strange bed fellow and odd nesting basis.
Well spotted and captured.
Very precariously balanced Barbra, a super Sunday image...John
And it anybody is going to find the unusual it's our Barbara!!!
The tyre doesn't look as if it'll last long up there.
Strange bed mates for those birds.
Very well seen.
Goodness, the gull doesn't look at all fazed. Well spotted.
This is very strange but great for silly Sunday, apart from that I love the image, the point of view is excellent Barbara, welcome back.
I never tyre of viewing your amusing images Barbara, it does not look like it has been a Goodyear for this gargoyle having to share a home with a seagull!
Well, that's one of the best uses I've seen for a long time for an old tyre, used as a nest! Hope hou;re having a great time, Barbs
A great nest for the seagull. The gargoyle can keep watch on her eggs while she goes fishing. A very good Silly Sunday image........Sandy
Amazing image - perhaps the gargoyle keeps the predators away - and the utilization of the old tyre is first class recycling! Great POV - brilliant capture.
Like it barb, hope you had a great time,
Great silly Sunday shot made me smile
Totally barmy, and wonderful. Delighted to make this 30. I'd kill to have taken it. The tyre as a nest would be funny enough, the squatter is just surreal, and the fact that the gull is watching him sulk is the icing on the cake.
Would the image stand a tighter crop I wonder? You need to keep the gulls circling, but could maybe get rid of a bit of the surroundings? That doesn't matter, this is gold.
What a great capture Barbara..Lin
You did it Barbara, once again! --- Jukka.
What an amazing image...odd bed fellows and an even stranger bed...well captured
Wonder who was daft enough to climb out there with that, but gave me a good laugh. Nice one Barbara. Moira

How strange... You couldn't make it up... Excellent observation

stay there in the winds!!
Welcome back Barbara,
Stunning and fantastic capture indeed, very well done,

Never mind how Satan got there -- who put that tire there? This is completely weird.
