Back to whitby yeterday evening for some more night photography. i was suprised when i got there it was,nt to cold. I now go prepared though with a pocket warmer lol
.
For some reason all the lights along the west pier have been removed, maybes council cut backs hahahah or just general repairs. This shot was taken from the west pier looking towards the east cliff with whitby abbey and st marys church nicely lit up on the cliff top.
If anyone is visiting whitby soon, the swing bridge is closed for 2 weeks due to maintenance. There has been talks to make the swing bridge for pedesttrian use only in the future.
Thank for all votes and comments on past uploads
Enjoy your day

Another super night shot Steve, well done!
Carol
Again an excellent low light shot and really like the composition of this one. Maybe just a tad too dark in the sky and needs taking a fewc minutes earlier . One maybe with a similar composition to return to . Full marks for something different though Scotty ...Phil
