Quote: Lovely shot of the Rabbit, good detail and DOF and you've captured a nice expression. But did you get your seasons muddled?
Tim
Not at all, thanks to global warming we no longer have any seasons.
Anyway, that is besides the point...did you donate a tenner to the project?... or are you some kinda xmas grinch?...
ha ha... i guess some people may believe this bunny is cute, personally I'm more interested in the taste of it all.
well done for supporting the project tigertimb : )
Best wishes to you
Steve
p.s...remember a rabbit isn't just for xmas; it also needs to fill the boxing day sandwiches.
well, looking at the mathmatics of it all...
The Santago Rare Leopard Project need to raise over £7000 before 31st December 2007...
therefore £10 x 700 votes = £7k
simple eh!
um, technically somebody else will be killing the turkey. I couldn't even smack a mackerel on the head this summer - it was staring at me so i put it back in the sea (seriously!).
don't get me wrong - this particular rabbit has grown quite a bit since i took the photo...plenty enough for the whole family...
ok, i may feel sorry for fish but cute bunnies deserve to be eaten
cute? I'm getting a sense of evil from those eye's, beware the rabbit folks!!!
Ben
Dave...good on ya for supporting the project
& best wishes to you for 2008
Steve
Sweet pic - good luck with your fund. I'm broke so I haven't donated anything I'm afraid.
Ok Sandy, no problem, i'm always broke! - if you could mention the project to others it would be really helpful.
Would you like me to post some of the rabbit to you?
; )
Best wishes
Steve
Would prefer some turkey to be honest
Bon appetit by the way...
Did you pay the tenner Joline?... Grrrrrrrrrrrrr...snarl....meow...woof...bleat...squark... etc
x
fantastic : )
...Just wondering which sauce would compliment bunny meat?
ha ha, it's pretty simple Mandy...if we all raise enough money for the 'Santago Rare Leopard Project' then the bunny will be spared...

hmmmm, I'm starting to think bunny may be in with a slim chance here
Then again, there is still a long way to go before the £7000 target is met... I quite like the sound of 'bunny nut roast' - thanks for the suggestion...

Done my bit too - cheers Steve - never been there but sounds worth saving. D'you know any way of following the sum raised so far..??
Cheers,
Kevin.
: ) well done Kevin
I've never been there either, would definitely like to though. I'll try to find out how much has been raised and post it here...
In the mean time if we could all do our bit to get others to donate a tenner it'll make a real difference...
otherwise... 'BUNNY IN MY TUMMY'!

Great Image, please don't eat the bunny. Sorry I'm broke, all my spare Christmas money this year is going to support a womens project in Uganda.
Sylvia
apologies i thought i did comment.DOH been a busy boi u see.
i like this. very funny comment about it being "dinner" im not so sure this cute fuzzy bunny would agree.
the idea and composition is great witha good useage of DOF and nice lighting on the rabbit ![]()
matt.
MERRY XMAS
Pete (ephotozine staff) "I've just done a running total - £95 has been raised from 10 donations through the shop and £90 from nine donations through Paypal. The chance of 700 giving £10 is looking quite slim at the moment"
"I've put the date forward on the news story so it's on the home page and at the top of the list.
I don't want to get this into a forcing people to donate route. We do not usually support or assist charities as it leads to all sorts of complications. This was an exception to the rule because many members are closely connected with the project, and we have a few key members who thought we needed to do something and also the project has been an advertiser."
Hope that answers a few questions...looks like bunny is in serious danger!...
Thanks for everyones support so far
