As the weather looks to be naff for the next few days I took a dash out this afternoon to yes you guessed it Stockers lake for a couple hours,
I was rewarded with a reasonable amount of sightings of a very successful Kf catching fry 5 times unfortunately on the wrong side of the canal for me but worth seeing anyway, 1 Green and 2 GS woodpeckers, 3 Nuthatch, Tits and a Jay...a pleasing few hours.
This is a shot of a female Chaffinch I rather like it...Hope you do too?
Comments and crits welcome and appreciated....Steve
Thanks for looking.
