A spectacular, icey morning at Buckstones on Marsden Moor. The sun rises over West Nab. Pule Hill lies to the right. Both of these hills were used for burials in the Bronze Age. Flints have been found all around this area too.
Fantastic early morning colour and light terrific image mate.
Fantastic shot Andy, lovely colour & tones in this and the patchy frost is spot on.
Nice work Andy
Just the spot for hunters to sit above the valley and wait for game to happen along. The gem of the sun crossing the horizon is so special as is the frosty bits on the rock.
I really like the way that the angular shape of the rocks is echoed in the shape of the reservoir.
i can feel the cold brrrr, super image andy ,just love the bracken colours and the sun on the horizon
Lovely light Andy, can feel Jack Frost having a nip in this one!!
