Wonderful candid shot with great detail. Most people seem to love doing this, and good for them, but sunbathing bores me to tears. Your idea of photographing them is much more interesting.

Very clever. Well composed and cropped to contain the bodies within a natural frame, plus the overhead view gives a detached, objective feel. A bit like viewing human behavious under a giant microscope.
I'm with Lynne, this would bore me silly.
