Your lighting is well done - super exposure. However, you missed the focus on the eyes. Instead the focus is on the nose.
You don't list your EXIF, so I have no idea what aperture setting you've used, but personally, for a portrait like this the widest aperture setting I would use is about 5.6. Since your background is dark, you can stop down even more and get the majority of the face in focus.
The eyes are all important though, so concentrate on getting them sharp.
