Another very good image Steve
Personally I think that brick with the blown face doesn't work in this image and only distract from the true subject. Maybe a little bit of cloning it out is in order. It is working well in all the other images taken at the mill, so I think it must be the close crop in this one that is causing the brick to be a distraction.
Still gets my vote as it's a great image

The crop is too close at the top, cutting off that lovely curve of the hat.

The bricks aren't ideal, but they were THERE... Maybe a tad brighter, as well?

But it still rocks, and is utterly voteworthy.
