I think the subject is good and the colours and post production are also very good.
Maybe try a lower angle to give the building and water more prominence?
however the smooth tones of the sky also work well...so maybe not.
I would question why you composed in a way to leave the back of the boat in frame as it feels a little pointless.
Also maybe waiting for high or low tide to help produce a more glassy effect in the water would help.
