Not easily spotted, they blend in so well with the bark of tree. A Kestrel which I believe is a female, not the best of portraits but I liked the way she was sitting in the tree ready to take flight.

Thanks for the mod Lynn, Shows what can be achieved with the right skills, very well done. Unfortunately my skills are very limited when it comes to Photoshop. I must make the effort to improve them. At the moment they are limited to contrast and cropping, most of my images are virtually straight out of the camera, I don't know whether that is good or bad.
