This little fella is a Ring Necked Parakeet and very friendly. He came down out of the branches and sat beside us. Curiosity got the better of him as stuck his head inside my camera bag to if there was anything interesting. He stayed around for quite a while and let me get close to take his portrait.

Thanks everyone for all the C&C's on my uploads, they are all very much appreciated.

I must apologise for the lack of comments yesterday. I was absolutely shattered and fell asleep. I only managed a few votes before my head hit the pillow. I will endeaver to catch up with you as soon as.
Kind regards and best wishes for a great weekend, my friends.

Steve.

The colours and detail are wonderfully captured. V! & V3 are especially lovely, I think, but he is so obviously a character in all three!

3 superb close ups Steve, lovely detail/color, like it when they are so trusting Smile
One minor point here, I think I would have taken out the bit of branch at the back of the head on V1, not a criticism, merely a personal view,
Geoff.
