A rest from my Birds of Prey portraits today (the last didn't do so well), and onto British wildlife. This charming Otter was taken recently at the BWC. He wasn't interested in posing just swimming and feeding. I tried to catch him in as natural enviroment as possible and hopefully succeeded.
I hope you like him.

I'm going to take a day away from job hunting and perhaps go over to the WWT at Arundel if the weather brightens up a little.

I hope all the guys and girls who went to the BWC yesterday had a great day and experience, I'm sorry I missed it, perhaps another time.
Best wishes,
Steve.

As always, best viewed large if you have time.

Really like the more natural setting in this. Great detail including those bright eyes and lovely whiskers!

An excellent shot of this otter, they've got some in an enclosure in Slimbridge now, but they are too quick for me to catch them on camera!
