I'm not sure about version one, it was a difficult exposure into the sun, trying something different doesn't always pay off. Have I got it right? You be the judge.
V2 is a more traditional shot of the Otter emerging from the water and climbing the bank.
Many thanks for all the C&C's and appologies for just clicking, snowed under with work at the moment and other things that eat away at the time.

V1 is a good picture of the otter in his environment!
I did not look at v2 as the site is loading too slowly!

Two great shots Steve. My preference is for V1 as the pose is different from the norm and it seems somehow to bring oput the endearing and mischevious nature of these creatures.

V1 is by far the better Steve, it has a more natural feel to it and at first I thought it was a wild one. Into sun has worked well and retained the detail and given the water more of an image as the eye would see it. Plus the angle on the Otter is good as is the eye and detail
