Third in my series of 'Out of my Comfort Zone' experiments. This time 'Low Light' or Night photography. It is an old closed top tram and is part of the National Tramway Collection at Crich in Derbyshire.
I suppose this is a 'one for the boys' type picture and won't appeal to many but it is more about the experiment with light and the darkness that I'm trying to achieve a balance between. I hope you like it anyway.
Many thanks for the kind C&C's on my uploads. I have been pleasantly surprised by the response to my 'out of the comfort zone' series. All votes and comments are much appreciated.

I think this works really well. Reminds me (though of course you'll keep this to yourself), of my chidlhood days in Glasgow, standing waiting for a tram on a cold, dark night!!

I am the first to admit that I know nothing about night/low light photography, however, I do know what I like and I like this image very much. Well done!

the balance of light and dark night work really well - being out of your comfort zone has worked well for you.

I'm with EAS (Ann) on this. Many miles travelled on the Glasgow trams. Wonderful days.

Watcha Steve,
excellent page of additions to your PF, I particularly like the series of Bearded Tits, I've never seen them in the wild.
best
