This one had me pondering privacy laws... one of the men fishing apologised to me for getting in to my shot - although I actually intended him to be in my shot but hadn't asked permission, because I knew he would be in silhouette and not identifiable. I'd be interested to hear comments on this issue.

A very nice image like the Silhouette's
re the privacy issue If someone gets in my field of view when I am taking an image can I possibly help it .When you see a picture in the paper do they go and get every ones permision before publishing it

HI there Smile Lovely shot! Shot in a public place? You can shoot anyone you want however selling the work, if they are recognizable might require them to sign something..but not sure about that! All I know is that if its public, most times its free and happy shooting Grin

Nice shot. I would not have thought you'd have any problems re. privacy law here. It will be interesting though to see what others feel.

a cracking image. love the Silhouette, ( i hope my last upload don't have an issue.)
i have captured a few fishermen in my time and don't think there is any issue unless recognisable. they make great subjects Silhouetted so snap away.

great color and scene with an excellent silhouette of the fisherman as main point of interest! Excellent photo! Deserves MUCH more attention than it has received!
