Tried something completely different (for me) with this image.
A trip to a local zoo (Pouakai Zoo in New Plymouth) with my daughter last week left me rather stunned at the beauty and majesty of these white tigers!
I've manipulated the original in an attempt to emphasise the textures of her fur and colour of her eyes.
Several layers combined/overlaid (using PSP X2) - original, b&w, negative plus tweaking.
This isn't a technique I've tried before, so I'm interested in any comments or critique.
Thanks!
BTW: White tigers are the result of a mutant gene - that also causes them to have blue eyes which are 'mis-wired' making most of them cross-eyed. (According to my research on Google.)
