Way back in April on the North Norfolk EPZ meet, we stopped off at Burnham Ovary, a lovely little village on the coast.
This is the first shot I have posted from Burnham as I was quite dissapointed with how most from there turned out.
However, on looking at this closer I thought it had some potential.
Converted a single RAW file and toned mapped it in Photomatix Pro, then finished off in Elements 5.
I really like how it has brought out the textures in the wood on the quayside and also the extra drama in the sky.

I like the sky here. The closeness of the boats up to the wall emphases the feeling of safety and protection.
