Idustrial Dawn

Idustrial Dawn by tolle13

Really nice, being slightly pick I would have preferred a bit more room for the steam at the top of the image, but still excellent though.

Like that,well observed and a little quirky.Grin

The lake district

The lake district by deavilin

Looks like Yewbarrow in the centre which would make it Wast Water.Nice shot as well a bit different from the usual images one gets of Wast Water.

waves by jayhyk

Another WOW! from me,very dramatic, captures the essence of stormy waves perfectly.

Langdale Pikes

Langdale Pikes by McBunny1972

Nice, but that's 'The Band' with Crinkle Crags and Bowfell in the background. The pikes are just to the right of this shot.

Emergence by almiles

Lovely image ever so slightly spoilt by the patch of grass bottom right which I find slightly distracting.Nothing you could do about it really though!!

Battering Ram!

Battering Ram! by Canonman23

Love that, very dramatic shot.Nice light and timing of the capture.

Swan at Sunset

Love that, especially the rim light on the swan, beautiful composition and timing of the shot.

wingwalkers by rickie

Having tried and failed to get something similar at the Sunderland air show last month I think this is an excellent shot, good timing and exposure.

The Blue Boat

And of course perpetuate this suffering, even in a small way, by visiting these places.

Pebbles by ade_mcfade

Like that a lot, especially that the blurred waterfall is not the main subject, but merely an element within the picture.Ideal focal length to push the waterfall into to the background and good foreground interest.I also like the lovely golden tones of the image.

Red fox ; dead , cute.

Red fox ; dead , cute. by pantheonrider

A sad but captivating image,as you say he just looks as though he's sleeping. An image that tells a story of wildlife's struggle to survive, and ultimate failure.
