A very different view of the Charles Bridge, miles away from the chocolate-box image that the local Tourist Office would favour. Quite magnificent, makes the eye see afresh.

Couldn't give my award until this morning, came downstairs with this in mind...
As an aside, the fact that this has lost a VS challenge to a bird picture crystallises the whole absurdity of the new idea.

Thanks Moira
what is VS challenge? I have been away from EPZ for a while...
Go to the Main Gallery and look for the VS Mode button, under Select a Gallery, on the right. You can then play a merry arcade game voting between pairs of pictures that come up supposedly at random from the site's archives. Not surprisingly, people are voting for what they like to look at, which means landscapes, birdies, flowers, cute ickle babies and so on.
You can opt your portfolio out by going to My Settings > Website Options > Gallery Options.
The powers-that-be seem to view this as a serious voting system.
Your VS results above demonstrate perfectly why it's rubbish.
