This was taken at Canary Wharf on a misty morning. It was strange not seen the top of the City Group building.
PS: before anyone asks I have no idea why the clock has 11 on it.
fantastic shot Marc, great impact
I don't normally like selective coloring, but I rather like this one.
Good image. For once the selective colouring works well, as it serves to de-emphasise the tress on the left.
Excellent, Marc! I thought this was yours (from the gallery thumbprint).
Nicely shot and processed. Why does the clock have 11 on it? (joke!)
Strking capture Clo
Great shot, well captured.
Wonderful eye-catching image!
cool city shot, I like the de-sat feel.
It has 11 there because thats where 11 lives.
Powerful image with great atmosphere.
The clock looks like the official Swiss railway clocks. I only thought I'd mention it as I recently read an article on them being included in the Design Museum. They don't have an '11' on though so the mystery continues!
Really good, very powerful.
This has a great surreal quality to it which is enhanced by the strange No.11.
A splendid picture.
The selective colouring really works for this shot.
a very fine piece of sel colouring. and like how that skyscraper seems to disappear into thin air
I guess the true question would be why not the 11? Nice picture though. Very eye catching.
Wow. Super image
Hmmm...maybe to remind one of the eleventh hour? Just my reckoning.
Just magnificent work great toning throughout with wonderful composition, supremely managed image but through exposure and pp. Well done Marc... Have an award mate
Super image, good selective toning. Lots of atmosphere and super pov. And yes, the 11 is at 11 o'clock, it could even have said 23
Well created image
Superb shot Looks like a scene out othe "The Day after Tomorrow"
The selective colour works an absolute treat...
super capture ,well taken
brilliant, just love this, and congrats on the HC
A great capture.
This is superb, well done on the HC Marc
I like the perspecive, the idea....simple but very effective!
well deserved HC.
awesome. wonderful frames within frames ie; the clock is framed; the central building is framed, then the whole image.
Very clever and well composed. The fog lends superbly overall...
..... all the above...... stunning, love the angle
First class work.
You shouldn't do this you know. I've been trying to tell the Frogs for years that London's fog is an urban legend, and that we have more fog over in Lorraine than I ever saw in the UK !
That said, it is truly a beautiful picture
Wonderful shot, great use of selective colouring.
Excellent image. Nice composition.
Fascinating shot and clock
Wonderful shot; the warm colour of the clock emphasises the cold grey mist. Great angle too.
The clock is there to tell people when to have their elevenses
very efficient & impressive
Take a bow Sir
Superb impact shot.
The selective colouring really works well Marc, very nicely done.
Excellent selective colouring, great image.
The angle you shot this at is brilliant, well captured. Dink nie dit is 'n 11 nie maar daar om jou te herhinder om twee bottles brandewyn op te tel oppad huis toe

Well spotted Leon !!
Dramatic shot with lots of impact. Great work.
Awesome shot, love the way the buildings disappear into the mist!
sincerely hope this super shot makes to 100!!!
Yes, it's made the 100. And truly well deserved.
Wonderful picture and a great overall composition.
oh so brilliant...
He he - just found this on the map. Great atmosphere on this one a well deserved HC.
