About Me

I am a retired structural engineer. Retirement having been enforced upon me by the event of several serious strokes in 2004. I have, as part of my recovery/rehabilitation process, taken up photography as something which I have often, during my working life, wanted to do but never had the time for. It is invaluable as an inspiration and a means of getting out and about. I'm not yet a very good photographer, but I am improving, I hope Smile So I've identified myself as an Enthusiast ~ which is more of an expression of my attitude toward photography, rather than a representation of my ability at it.
