The complement to yesterday's Bell Tower shot.
The south elevation. It is the only side that is really photographable. Even here the shot was taken standing in the middle of the road. The church stands in the southern edge of the village, on the only intersecting roads, so it always has traffic around it.
And yes. The bell tower really does lean like that.
It is a simple, without ostentation, but nevertheless lovely building, inside.

Very well worth a visit, if you are ever in the area.

Thank you each for your very kind comments.

Today, I went to a local parish church, intending to photograph it's Saxon tower. And it's Norman and 14th&15th Century internal details, but there was a surveyor inside the building carrying out some preparatory work for an up-to-date development.
I had an interesting chat with him. He was very knowledgeable.

But rather than disturb what he was doing, I will return next week, for the shots.
Watch this space Wink Grin Probably, some form of collage.
