This is Jean-Marc, who has been making wine all of his life. He's also a very gifted linguist - speaking near perfect English. He told me that he went on a school trip to England when he was 12 or 13 for a couple of weeks, and the language switch in his head just clicked into place. Puts me to shame... I've been in France for over five years and the flies that buzz around my light bulb speak better French than I do!
