I like this because it reminds me first of all of my own kids and days out, ending up holding that dolly/teddy is something I know all about only too well
Nice composition and sense of movement although the image is not really pin sharp and showns some signs of camera shake that I can see at least.
Slightly tilted horizon also but I know this may have been caused if you were looking to your far right where the horizon is naturally tilting anyway. I also like the way you have isolated the background and made the main subjects the point of interest but suspect this was simply to allow a safe shutter speed as you held it rather than anything else?
You have some very nice images in your portfolio and I enjoyed looking at them, great stuff.
