Excellent shot good exsposure sand sharp detail you have a good eye for a picture ,as a young person I would like to say listen to advise but all ways go with what you feel is the best then look at the advise and judge what you did and assess the difference remover there your shots if you like them that's what matters ,good luck for your future

Lake District meet - ideas
try barrow-in-furness ,we are on a peninsular down the end is the town you can over look the ship yard with a nuke sub in view ,at dalton four miles back there is the southlakes zoo you get very close to the animals ,there are views up to the lakedistrict from roanhead on the side of the duddon estuary on the opposite side is Morecambe bay lots of sea birds as you come off the m6 there is salmon jumping on the river kent by levens park they have bagots goats and deer more than can be seen in a day or week come and have a look

all these with in 25min,s of hawkshead no1 loughrigg tarn head north towards ambleside no2 blea tarn head west towards the langdales no3 head south to the bottom end of coniston lake to torver then west to duddon bridge on the way look for woodland a greaqt little area keep eyes open for deer and buzzards early morning and late afternoon no4 head over to the ferry and cross windowmere lake head east as if going to kendal keep eye open for winster valley church then head south down the valley to bowland bridge and cartmell fell church hope you have a good stay and good weather -stuart from barrow-in-furness ps our site http://barrowdpc.com/

To switch or not to switch
how is going to buy your gear when you tell us it,s not up to scratch,i have always found that a camera cannot take a picture the human behind tell,s it what to do ,same as when you look at a picture if you can say that was taken with a canon or a nickon or any thing else then you are a better man than gungerdin

Indoor photography in low light
hi there to me it seams that the depth of field at f1.8 is not deep enough at the focus point you are using ,if you use the 85 the shutter speed has to no less than 100sec but saying that horses can move a bit so if you can get faster use the fastest possible and your auto focus should be able to cope ,try to track the horses head his eyes should be the most important ,try iso 200 as well

can any one tell me how to get my laptop with built in centrino on to the net the cheapest way. i have aol-broadband as my server for the main pc i would like to use the net at our club but not through a landline there are none of these openzones in cumbria that is barrow-in-furness all these adverts make out you can any where you are

Studio lights and the eos 300d
can any one advise about firing studio lights from the canon 300d are there any problems whith the polarity on the leads i presume that maual operation should work and set up from a flash meter

simon mount and frame your best pictures go along to one of your popular coffee bars and ask to hang them for display and sale i have just sold 14 to a floating restuarant if i can you can they can only say no so pick a few to show that jump out at you

Cant open file in photoshop?
ben open p-shop go to file clik open brows to disc clik the little black arrow on file format and select tiff,s from the list this will open all tiff,s only to get the jpeg,s clik the jpeg,s for them and the same for any other format

my cannon eos100 has developed a fault so i popped down to jessops 105.0 to service plus a bit more for any parts right i say how much will i get for a trade in when this is done i say they say 80.0 is there mug righten on my forehead

A3 printer - which one
gavin if you are going to do a lot of printing buy a printer with seperate ink tanks if you buy with ink in a block and print say agood few sunsets you will end up having to through away a tank half full as the yellow will run out first the same will apply with any dominent color i use a cannon s9000 a3 whith six tanks www.7dayshop.com cannon ink 6.45 try www.pixmania.co.uk for printer 344.0

repair it my self
has enyone the detials of the inside of a cannon eos 100 as i cannot efford the hundred pounds jessops whont to look at it the take up spool will not take the film in so i hope to take it apart to clean and hope fully get it going if any body has had the same trouble please advise how to go along email me on stuarthill758@aol.com thanks

How would I find a way to have an exhibition
Rob i have just had my first exib at the local forum centre for arts run by Barrow council they insured the ex and arranded the local paper to run a artical this is done for no fee if you only ex if you sell your pic,s they took ten percent so see what your council have to offer if they do nothing on these lines ask why not as all councils are souposed to encourage all these things

Canon s800 or s900?
dear sandra i am using the s9000 it is superb the color prints on ILFORD GALERIE paper are excellent as are the black and white prints the new fujifilm multijet is very good striaght scan and print requier no tweaking at all but if you add 3points in hue and saturation you realy lift sunset shots

I AM HAVING TROUBLE DEVELOPING TMAX 100 PRO USING Id11 if any one could recomend a time for this or Rodinal at 1/25 six min,s is recomended for HC-110 but i am using ID11
