I made this image at Kurukshetra on the banks of sacred Braham Sarovera where people make offerings during solar eclipse

This is very bright and colourful, but I really think it'a bit too busy to work out what's going on, even with the description you give. Maybe a square crop just concentrating on the three figures on the left and the saffron coloured would give fewer elements for the eye to work on, while still giving the overall impression.

It seems a bit "soft", which may be caused by the jpeg upload. Try a final low-level sharpen after you have resized the jpeg for upload, as the last thing you do before upload

Thanks for your comments. I had tried that crop as you have suggested, but in that case the image was almost aquare. Therefore, I left it.

this is great

but like all of these shots.. one idea to keep in mind don't try to push a image if it fails due to cropping you can do nothing about it... and sometimes you can just not do anything about it when shooting images like this.

if the Rez is high enough consider getting a few tight crops out of it ...for example the yellow rug with plat , the hands touching and the hands of the guy in red on his own...
3 images out of one... atmosphere and story telling...lol

Thanks for your advise.
