Another excellent capture.
Like the way the tail feathers have spread/fanned out.
This is more than excellent its amazingly well captured
Beautifully captured. Tail feathers look stunning and add interest to the shot.
Beautiful colours Capture detail d.o.f and composition.
This is beautifully captured and I like the way the light falls on his tail feathers
Such a beautiful bird. Very well captured.
I never know what you'll put up next, it is always so different, but still of the highest quality. This type of stretch is so familiar, but I rarely see it in bird shots.
A Cracker.....As Usual
Superb shot. I love the detail and lighting.
Brilliant shot! You've captured the right moment.
Love that tail - thank goodness for 4 fps!

Superb photo, well deserved award.
What tail feathers, excellent Su.
Hi Su,love the spread of the tail feathers,the shadows,texture,delicacy,eyes,detail,colour/tone and lighting.Exquisitely composed.Take care.Ann
Congratulations on your awards which are both very well deserved.
Wonderful capture Su,so elegant looking bird...
great... I love it
This is so far beyond anything I will likely ever do, that I went over it with a fine toothcomb using a pixel loupe. It is even remarkable at that level. Only one thing, there are some strange pixels in brown between the first and second tailfeathers to the right of the spiked feather.
A magnificent shot which certainly deserves to be recognised. Love the open tail feathers
