Superb ... I agree with the comments above, the rain really lifts this above the ordinary. My only comment would br to try selectively darkening the bright green blur just behind the bird which I find is taking my eye away from the main subject.
Wow I like the effect it gets with the rain. I agree with PeterLondon about the bright green dot on the background, I would edit it away or give it a little bit darkening as mentioned above. Besides that a pin sharp image and the bigger version is a must see.
