Hard to say about the colours when you never have seen these birds live. A striking clear blue hue well captured, thats all I can say

I hadn't noticed the warming colours until you just mentioned it. Now I'm looking back and they have gotten warmer and the blues have not stood out as well as in this one. Here, the blues are really bright. Things do look more balanced now. It's interesting how the eye can get used to colours. I'll be busy for another week or more, so nothing new from me.

I enjoyed so much looking at this little lady. I was interested in the side bunch of blue feathers, usually it's the male that is so glamourous.

Did you go to far with the color.It is hard to say.Light on a bird in the wild can do a lot of strange things.If this looks like what your eye saw then it is right.Great shot.
