It's a really good shot, well composed.
there is also a good tonal range, which is well exploited in the mono version.
The bamboo in the FG and the girl's shirt are a little bit too overexposed and the eye's attention is pulled towards the bottom of the picture, distracting from the beautiful smile of the girl.
In the mod, the highlights have been burned a bit, recovering also some details of the shirts.

I argree with Francesco that the shirt needed recovering a little, I used shadow/highlight to bring back the brighter area and lift the shadows a touch. I also cropped your image as I felt the sign at the top and the bar across the bottom were a little distracting.
I do like the image though, it's well caught.
