These chimneys were lovely, but I had to catch these from the car while whizzing past on the M11 (didn't even get to stop to shop at Meadowhall . Gave it a b&W grainy treatment as seemed appropriate.
M11 - thats some lens you used there.
Jamie (a local lad)
Love the effect you have put on it, really brings out the picture. Good stuff =)
Cough, woops meant the M1 (?) the M11 is of course my local down South. Thanks for pointing that out Jamie! Glad you like the effect Stuart - first go at it. (used noise instead of grain - not sure why)
yes, it's the effect that makes it work for me too!!
You made the best decision passing "MeadowHell", reconisible icons for us in Sheffield. Good shot, good effects fits the image. Tony.
Like it but personally not too sure about the effect. To me it almost looks like the ISO is set too high or something.
Lol, agree with Tony and keep away from the MeadowHell!
best shot of meadowhell as we locals call it that Ive seen yet. LOL :o)
the old cooling towers are a interesting image and it as a industreal feel to it with it being a B/W.
meadowhall is a good shot at night when its lit up!
