This is stunning and it glows from within. Good selective focus on the front petals and on the droplet - the jewel.
Do you know Kathleen Clemons' work, Mike? Much of her work is done with Lensbaby.
I took a floral class from her last year, and I worked on several images similar to this, but the droplet is difficult to get just right, clear, sharp and with no blown areas. I think you've achieved that to perfection here.
