I think the model and pose are excellent and the b/g is OK too.

The muted colour palette works well and in the mod I increased the red of her lips to create a colour focal point. I reduced the exposure by a 1/3-stop and increased the contrast slightly. I reduced the contrast of the b/g to make the model stand out more.

The white balance was changed, which helps to differentiate the colours more.

There is a distracting highlight in the model's left eye ( right as we look at the photo ) which seems to change the shape of her pupil. I cloned this out so the eye looks as we'd expect it to.

The second mod is a crop of the left side.
