I'm back from a memorable trip to north Norway, well within the Arctic Circle. The weather certainly lived up to it, so much so that we had the second part of our trip cancelled and rescheduled because of an Arctic storm which prevented us from getting to the far north coast by boat or plane. We had very little light - mostly blizzards, but this was yesterday morning at 11.26 am local time in Tromso. The sun still hasn't appeared in the sky in this part of the world and it was dark again by around 14.30.
Thanks for looking and for your time - comments and criticisms are, as usual, welcomed.
PS - we did see the Northern Lights but not the spectacles we'd hoped for. Strangely (for me) they are more obvious through a camera lens.
