Taken today between Sandwich and Ramsgate, the remains of some world war 2 pontoons, where the troops would embark to go off to war.
I will endeavour this week to put together more pictures of these wonderful structures, very appropriate at the moment.

A very bleak, desolate and remote rural landscape, this one does remind me of a battlefield, in fact it reminds me of the one at Tewkesbury which regularly floods
