Fortunately took my pocket /handbag camera out this particular evening
as would have been dissapointed to of missed this Hibiscus colour

Last from me for awhile as at my wits end with the conservatory,
as soon as I get it dried out for repair...More RAIN!

So hope that you enjoy this bloom from me

Lillian

Lillian. I too am very sorry to hear of your continuing trouble, but what a beautiful photograph, worth an award but I have given mine today.
I would think that others will feel the same about your photograph. Eric.

Good old handbag cam has done a fine job of catching this Hibiscus, a very fine example good detail love the colours contrasting so well with the detail and colour of the leaves. the vignette has worked well.

We had some blue sky today did the garden and even managed a wee drinkie on the lawn. Hope you get a few days sun to help with the issues of drying out the conservatory.

Have some comfort food and a wee glass of red, it will all come right soon

A super capture with your little pocket camera here, Lillian Smile After a couple of warm and sunny days, it's back to being cold, damp and gloomy here again today Sad
Hope you soon get your conservatory sorted...

You've had so much problems with water where not wanted, Lillian: sad problem to have to cope with after Venice. Hope things get sorted sooner rather than later.
What a beautiful yellow hibiscus, captured and presented to perfection.
Ronnie.

A lovely vignette for this beauty, good on you to go well prepared.
I know about handbag cameras, that is why I prefer the French army handbag to the British one, the french one holds two bottles of wine + plus the rations so it is big enough for the camera + 300mm 2.8+200mm macro+ the 85 and an 18 or 20mm wide angle SmileSmileSmile. Land rover keys still fit in.
